Hey Hey...This weekend was a very WOW one for me..Family gatherings,meeting new family members and I stumbled on this writeup;
Do you know that women who drink one glass of wine a day in their teens and early twenties could be increasing their risk of breast cancer by a third?*wandering*...I find this pretty shocking...I read the article from a magazine earlier today and amazingly I found myself wandering if I have ever tasted alcohol and even if I have how many times..lol. I know many ladies reading this right now would probably be doing same now...*smiles*
From the article I learnt that scientists have found that consuming fairly small amounts of alcohol early on in life has harmful effects on breast tissue.
Although experts have known for sometime that alcohol raises the risk of breast cancer, this is one of the first studies to show how it can have an effect so early in life.
When alcohol is broken down by the body it creates a substance called ACETALDEHYDE,which can trigger genetic mutations in cells that lead to tumours.
There is a recommendation that women should reduce their alcohol intake in order to help prevent breast cancer...'Regularly drinking is also associated with a range of other health problems so anyone wanting advice or support on cutting down alcohol to speak with their doctor..
There is a growing evidence that women can drastically lower their risk by adopting healthier lifestyles....this can apply to the men too.."ADOPT HEALTHY LIFESTYLE" to live STRONG..

I can never explain THE FATHER'S LOVE enough....Its inexhaustible...God just loves us just the way we are..No matter what shortcomings we have had,he still loves us despite all...You can never do enough to gain his love.

Some people feel God's punishes them for every wrong they do...God only disciplines us cause he loves us,he's more intersted in our character development..He does not love you based upon your performance. There is nothing you can do to cause God to love you any more than He already does—and there is nothing that will cause God to love you any less. He loves you, even more than you love yourself.

Until now you have probably only experienced conditional love. Conditional love is based upon what you do. Perform well on the job, on the team, or in the relationship, and you are “loved.”

In opening your life to Christ, you have found total love and acceptance. That may be hard to comprehend if you’ve never felt totally loved and accepted by anyone. But it’s true! Unfortunately, you won’t always feel that God loves you. There will be times when you find yourself doubting not only His love, but also His existence. You’ll feel like giving up. DON'T!!!!

People forget the great power they hold within-the power to shape their life. Our life is shaped by the choices we make. You are the one who choose how to live your life or create your life's path. Our first step is to choose the type of life path we want-hills and valleys or rolling plains...Persons should be allowed to make their choices that they think its right for them,Don't you think?I think so especially when you think their reasons are wrong but still they insist on their own..You can never tell the reasons for them being adamant to other people's opinion but its their choice.
. Remember you ultimately make the choice....

its really not nice not to acknowledge one's good deeds...why focus on the bad things that one has done when you can focus on the good and just be fine thereby preventing yourself from unnecessary heartaches
